New Meditation Classes to reduce stress for 2017

                         How to reduce stress through meditation.

I am delighted to introduce to you a mediation series that will help to reduce stress in your life.

We will be using a series of simple techniques involving body, breath and awareness to enter into your mind where stress is reduced.

Meditation is an individual process and everyone experiences will be unique.

The hardest thing that you will have to do is try not to fall asleep.

Mondays

Jan 9,16 and 30   11 am - 12 pm  and evening  candlelight  classes 7 pm – 8 pm
Feb 6 and 20        11 am - 12 pm  and evening  candlelight  classes 7 pm – 8 pm
Mar 6, 2017          11 am – 12 pm and  evening  candlelight  classes  7pm – 8 pm

Bring: 
- wear comfortable clothes
- pillow
- blanket
- and yoga Mat (if you don’t have one I will have a few on hand to borrow)

This class is targeted towards beginners but all levels are welcome.
Each class is only $10 for members and $15 for non members. Kindly contact me to reserve a spot.
